Benefits with the card

Below is a list of partners offering benefits to European Disability Card holders. Would you like to know which benefits they offer? Take a look on their website or contact them directly. We update the list regularly, but some partners may not yet be listed. Moreover, there are also organisations, institutions, etc. that do not use the European Disability Card, but still offer benefits or assistance to people with disabilities. So ask about it when you want to participate in an activity.

  • Duikschool Antwerp Wet Wheels (ANWW)

    As a diving school, we offer training to persons with physical, hearing or visual disabilities. They enjoy reduced membership fees and can use the equipment the diving school has at its disposal free of charge. The Plantin Moretus swimming pool is also fully adapted to people with disabilities, including two parking spaces, a ramp at the entrance to the building, wheelchairs for the pool and a ramp to get into the pool.

  • Municipality and Social House Wielsbeke

    European Disability Card benefits are also available in Wielsbeke, in municipal leisure activities: 
    • Free membership in Library Bibox
    • At cultural performances organised by the cultural department, seats can be reserved at the front or aisle.
    • It is also possible to enter the auditorium earlier and in peace and quiet.
    • Possible extra support at the holiday work or youth activities.
    • Reduced fees for swimming pool Sports Centre Hernieuwenburg.
