Benefits with the card

Below is a list of partners offering benefits to European Disability Card holders. Would you like to know which benefits they offer? Take a look on their website or contact them directly. We update the list regularly, but some partners may not yet be listed. Moreover, there are also organisations, institutions, etc. that do not use the European Disability Card, but still offer benefits or assistance to people with disabilities. So ask about it when you want to participate in an activity.

Our staff will do everything to make sure you have an unforgettable day. Keep in mind that they cannot judge your medical condition. We therefore ask you to bring a valid disabled parking card, European Disability Card or Autipas. Only on presentation of one of these documents can you use the facilities for people with disabilities.

As a local authority, we organise various leisure activities for different target groups. We take care to make each activity as low-threshold and accessible as possible. The community centre de oude pastorie in Nieuwenrode is the place to go if you are interested in culture and meeting people. At the library, in turn, you can find the latest and greatest books. In September and June we have a fair in our municipality. Together with the proprietors, it was agreed to provide a low-incentive time so that people who are highly sensitive can also enjoy themselves. In summer, our leisure service also provides some inclusive playgrounds accessible to children with disabilities.
