Benefits with the card

Below is a list of partners offering benefits to European Disability Card holders. Would you like to know which benefits they offer? Take a look on their website or contact them directly. We update the list regularly, but some partners may not yet be listed. Moreover, there are also organisations, institutions, etc. that do not use the European Disability Card, but still offer benefits or assistance to people with disabilities. So ask about it when you want to participate in an activity.

  • Pakawi Park

As many as 170 different animal species, some hairier and noisier than others, all live in the exotic Antwerp Kempen region.  A visit to Pakawi Park is much more than a day of watching animals. It is a sensory experience that amazes, touches and inspires. You not only learn how our animals live in their natural habitat, but also play an active and fascinating role in their story. We want you to experience it for yourself with all your senses. To touch you, inspire you and grab you by your neck.  EU Disability Card holders enjoy a reduced entry rate.  Separate parking spaces are reserved for people with disabilities in car park 2.  Separate toilets for the disabled are also provided. Come have a look and experience animals like nowhere else!

Welcome to ZOO Antwerp, the green oasis in the city. Since 1843, this has been a place where young and old enjoy the animals, nature and heritage together. Young gorillas endear themselves in the Valley of the Great Apes. Stroll through the Buffalo Savannah with the colourful birds. The giraffes and zebras are best seen from the viewpoint at the Savannah. In addition, white rhinos roll in their mud bath, and these savannah animals meet each other.
